  2. Custom Canvas Prints For custom canvas prints, we will accept returns or exchanges if the product is damaged or has a manufacturing defect. Provide a detailed description of the issue, along with photos of the damage or defect, and your order number.

Upon review and approval of your request, we will provide instructions on how to return the product. The item must be shipped back to us in its original condition and packaging within 14 days of receiving the return instructions. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund or exchange.

Please note that shipping costs for returning custom canvas prints are the responsibility of the customer, and original shipping fees are non-refundable.
